Solubility: Solubility greater than 50g/100g in most common organic solvents and acrylate monomers, almost insoluble in water.
Should be used: 1030 for acrylic light curing varnish system, such as wood, metal, paper, plastic, etc. varnish. 1030 is particularly recommended in UV-curing coatings that require long-term sun exposure and yellow resistance. Since 1030 is a liquid and is very easy to mix, it is suitable for re-use with other light initiators. The recommended addition is 1-4 % w/w.
By adding the BASF damped amine photostabilizer TINUVIN 292, the yellow variation of the acrylic system polyurethane under outdoor too light irradiation can be further reduced.
Recommended dosage: coating thickness 5-20 μm 2 -- 4 %
